About Feliz Noche
Feliz Noche Cellars is a Santa Ynez Valley wine brand rooted in craftsmanship, patience, and community.
The wines are the creation of Felipe Hernandez, a respected vineyard manager turned winemaker whose lifelong connection to the land shapes every bottle.
Known throughout the valley as Don Felipe, Felipe came to Santa Barbara County from Jalisco, Mexico in 1972. Over decades of hands-on vineyard work, he developed a deep understanding of the region’s soils, climate, and rhythms—knowledge that now defines the Feliz Noche style.
The Wines
Feliz Noche produces small batch wines that reflect both place and process. The portfolio includes: Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, and more. Annual case production can range anywhere from 600-800 cases on average. A true micro boutique vineyard in the heart of the Santa Ynez Valley.
One of the most sought-after wines is Mi Pasión Red, a blend of Tempranillo, Syrah, Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Sangiovese. As its name suggests—My Passion—the wine captures the heart of the Feliz Noche philosophy and has become a favorite among wine club members.
The Tasting Room
In October 2017, Feliz Noche Cellars opened its tasting room in Solvang, California, offering guests a relaxed space to enjoy curated flights and experience the wines at an unhurried pace. The tasting room reflects the same values as the wines themselves: warmth, simplicity, and time well spent. We invite everyone to come visit, share laughs, and create memories that last a life time.
