Chucky is the backbone of Feliz Noche’s daily operations. He manages inventory, bookkeeping, wine club logistics, and tasting room operations, while also overseeing guest communications. His attention to detail ensures that every visit, bottle, and member experience is handled with care.

She creates welcoming, engaging tasting experiences for every guest who walks through our doors. Through guided tastings, she shares the story behind each wine—explaining flavor profiles, production methods, and the history of Feliz Noche. She also helps guests discover wines they love, offering thoughtful pairing suggestions and introducing our wine club, ensuring each visit feels personal, informative, and memorable.
